By accessing or using EduSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Account Types: EduSync provides distinct account roles for Individual Learners, Educators/Creators, and School Administrators. You agree to operate solely within the parameters of your designated account type.
• Minors: Learners under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parental, guardian, or institutional (school) consent to create an account or enroll in courses.

You agree to use EduSync for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Misuse, disrupt, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, its servers, or associated networks.
• Upload, share, or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing on intellectual property, or offensive.
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access paid courses or institutional dashboards under your profile.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data or course materials from the Platform.

• Platform Content: The EduSync name, logo, software code, UI design, and platform features are the exclusive property of EduSync.
• Course Content: Course materials published by verified creators remain the property of their respective owners. EduSync holds a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute these materials on the Platform.
• Learner License: Enrolling in a course grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal license to view and complete the content. You may not resell or redistribute course materials.

• Purchases & Subscriptions: Certain courses, features, or institutional tools require paid subscriptions or one-time fees. All pricing is displayed on the Platform prior to purchase.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via our designated third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide valid payment information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EduSync immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EduSync and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your access to or inability to access the Platform.
• Any technical downtime, data loss, or system interruption.
• Unmet learning outcomes or reliance on third-party educational content published by independent creators.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
