In short
You pay the listed price.
Plans, courses and school fees cost what the page says. No fee is added at checkout.
A 2.5% processing fee per payment, never on top.
EduSync carries it on plans. It comes off a course sale before the creator's share, and off a school's settlement.
Every figure before you confirm.
Schools request settlements and creators request withdrawals. Each shows the exact amount paid out before anything is sent.
Families and learners
Plans, courses and school fees, paid from your phone.
Pay by mobile money — MTN, Airtel or Zamtel — or by card. The processing fee is never added to what you pay.
- What you pay

Schools collecting fees
Parents pay the invoice amount. The fees come off when you settle, and you see every figure before you confirm.
How a settlement works
Verify your school
Submit your school's verification details in EduSync.
Add a payout bank account
Settlements are paid by bank transfer to your school's own account.
Parents pay invoices
By mobile money or card. Each payment is recorded against its invoice.
Open Fees › Settlement
The statement shows what you collected, each fee, and the amount that will be paid to you.
Request a settlement
School administrators only. You confirm the exact amount to be paid — nothing is sent before that.
EduSync reviews and approves it
Every request is checked before it is paid.
The bank transfer is made
You're emailed when a request is made, if it is rejected, and when it is paid.

Good to know
- The minimum settlement is K100.00, counted after every fee.
- One settlement request can be open at a time.
- A payment inside an open request can't be reversed unless EduSync rejects the request.
- Agreed a different platform fee with EduSync? Your own rate shows on your statement in EduSync.
Creators selling courses
The processing fee comes off each sale first. Then 70% of what is left is yours.
A K100.00 sale: the 2.5% processing fee is K2.50. You earn 70% of the remaining K97.50 — K68.25. EduSync keeps K29.25.

Getting paid
- Request a withdrawal once you have K100.00 or more. A K5.00 transfer fee comes off each withdrawal, and you see it before you confirm.
- Verify your identity and add a payout account before your first withdrawal.
- Your studio shows what you earn under every price you set.
- If a sale is refunded, your earning from it is reversed. EduSync bears the lost processing fee.
Questions
Do parents pay anything extra?
No. Parents pay the invoice amount, by mobile money or card. The processing fee comes off the school's settlement, not the parent's payment.
Why is there a transfer fee?
Our payment partner charges for every bank transfer, and bigger transfers cost more. A school settlement pays a fee that depends on its size. A creator withdrawal pays one flat K5.00 fee. Either way it is charged once per settlement or withdrawal, never per payment, and you see it before you confirm.
What if a payment is refunded?
The payer gets back what they paid, with no fee kept. On a course, the creator's earning from that sale is reversed and EduSync bears the lost processing fee. On a plan, EduSync bears it. On school fees, the school does.
Who can request a settlement?
Your school's administrators. They see the full statement and confirm the exact amount before the request is sent.
What if the amount changes before I confirm?
If a new payment arrives or one is reversed while you are looking, the statement changes. You see the new figure and confirm again.
Can the rates change?
Yes. EduSync sets them, and this page always shows the rates in force. Each payment keeps the rate in force when it was made, so a change never re-prices money already collected.
